Online Payment and Refund Policy

Payment Procedure:

1 When you register online for any Medinar you are provided with an unique registration number on your registered email id.

2 Once inside the portal do not forget to cross-check if the “Product info”is the same as the product (Medinar) you want to pay for. In case of any discrepancy please contact us within 24 hours. Disposal of complaint will be at sole discretion of In any case decision of will be final and binding to the complainant.

3 Fill the billing info correctly.

4 Now, you should be on the Payment Gateway. Here you can make payment using a valid card or Net Banking. Do not refresh and do not press back button. In case your transaction was not successful and balance was deducted from your account, it shall be returned back automatically within 7-10 working days.

5 Valid Card shall mean any valid credit card, valid debit card, valid cash card and/or any other card of whatsoever nature issued in India and/or abroad by Visa or MasterCard and/or by issuing Bank or any institution designated to issue a Visa or MasterCard branded approved Card Type, or an approved valid card product licensed by these Associations or an approved card from an approved card bank/institution, debit cards, cash card brands, suitable and valid for transacting as per the scope defined by those respective Institution/s and which is not listed in Visa/MasterCard„s or any other bank/Institution warning bulletins and other current warning bulletins and that the valid card is utilized during its period of validity along with a duly authorized, PIN or password.

6 A valid payment would lead you to a “Payment Successful” If your account did not have enough balance or you gave some wrong information the screen would read “Transaction Failed”.

You would receive a “Payment Receipt” on the email address you specified while registering for the event.
